Terms of Service
These terms are the agreement between you and QurraAI (Pvt) Ltd ("we", "us"), a company registered in Sri Lanka, for using 1ClickLesson. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
The short version
- 1ClickLesson is for teachers and school staff aged 18 or over.
- Use your lesson packs freely in your teaching. To sell them, use the 1ClickLesson Marketplace.
- AI can make mistakes: always review a lesson before you teach it.
- Only add student information your school allows, and keep it to what's needed.
01Who can use 1ClickLesson
You must be at least 18 and use 1ClickLesson as a teacher, educator or member of school staff. If you use it for a school or other organisation, you confirm that you're allowed to accept these terms for it.
02Your account
Give accurate information when you sign up and keep it up to date. Keep your password and sign-in codes private, and don't share your account. You're responsible for what happens in your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else has used it.
03Plans and payment
You can use 1ClickLesson on a free plan. Paid plans give you more lesson packs and features. Each plan's limits are shown on our pricing page.
Paid plans aren't on sale yet. When they launch, we'll show the price, billing period and renewal terms before you pay, and you'll be able to cancel at any time; cancelling stops future renewals. We may change our plans or prices, but we'll tell you before a price change affects you.
04Your content
You keep ownership of what you put into 1ClickLesson, such as topics, notes and uploaded files, and of the original content in the lesson packs we generate for you, as far as the law allows.
Our templates, layouts, designs and curriculum material in your lesson packs stay ours. We license them to you as described in the next section.
You give us permission to store, process and display your content only as needed to run the service for you, and, if you list it on the Marketplace, to show it to and deliver it to buyers. Make sure you have the right to upload the materials you add.
AI can produce similar results for different people, so other teachers may receive lesson packs that look like yours.
05Using and sharing your lesson packs
You may use your lesson packs in your teaching, change them, and share them with your students, their parents and colleagues at your school, without paying anything extra.
You may sell your lesson packs only through the 1ClickLesson Marketplace. Don't sell them or offer them for download on other websites or marketplaces, because they include our templates, designs and curriculum material, which we license for selling only through our Marketplace.
06The 1ClickLesson Marketplace
Once the Marketplace launches, teachers will be able to list lesson packs and other materials they made with 1ClickLesson for other teachers to buy. These rules then apply.
When you sell:
- You choose the price within the limits we set. We keep a commission on each sale, shown to you before you list.
- Your earnings, after commission, become 1ClickLesson credit that we apply to your subscription. Credit has no cash value, can't be transferred or withdrawn, and ends if your account is closed. If we later offer cash payouts, we'll explain how they work before you can use them.
- You confirm that you have the right to sell what you list, and that it contains no student or parent personal information and no material you don't have permission to use, such as large extracts of textbooks or other people's images.
- You're responsible for any taxes on your earnings.
- We may review, refuse or remove listings, and we may reverse credit for sales that are refunded or fraudulent.
When you buy, you get a personal licence to use the materials in your own teaching and with your own classes. Don't resell, republish or share them beyond your own classes. The teacher who made them is responsible for their content, and we don't check every listing for accuracy.
07AI-generated lessons
Lesson packs are created by AI. They can contain mistakes, and they may not fully match the latest ministry framework, your curriculum, inspection requirements or your school's rules.
Always review and adapt a lesson before you use it. You're responsible for the materials you teach, share, sell and assess with.
08Student and parent information
Only add information about students or parents if your school allows it, and only what you need. Follow your school's policies and the law when you do. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle it.
09Acceptable use
Don't use 1ClickLesson to:
- Break the law or anyone's rights, including copyright.
- Create or share content that is hateful, harassing, sexual or otherwise harmful, especially to children.
- Upload malware or try to break, overload, scrape or reverse-engineer the service.
- Get around plan limits, resell access or share accounts.
- Pretend to be someone else or mislead people about where content came from.
10Our service and brand
1ClickLesson, including its software, design, templates, curriculum library and brand, belongs to us and our licensors. We give you a personal, non-transferable right to use it while these terms apply, for the purposes described in these terms.
11Other services
If you sign in with Google or Microsoft or pay through our payment provider, their own terms also apply. We aren't responsible for services we don't control.
12Changes and availability
We're constantly improving 1ClickLesson, so features may change, be added or be removed. We aim to keep the service available but can't promise it will always be uninterrupted, for example during maintenance. Keep your own copies of anything important.
13Ending your use
You can stop using 1ClickLesson and ask us to delete your account at any time. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms or puts other people at risk. Where reasonable, we'll warn you first and give you a chance to fix the problem.
14Disclaimers
1ClickLesson, its lesson packs and Marketplace materials are provided "as is" and "as available". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that the service will meet your needs, be uninterrupted or free of errors, or that any material will be accurate or comply with any curriculum, ministry framework or regulation.
15Our liability
As far as the law allows:
- We aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for lost profits, revenue, data, goodwill or opportunities.
- We aren't liable for how you use AI-generated material, for teaching or assessment decisions, for materials other teachers sell on the Marketplace, or for services run by other companies.
- Our total liability to you for all claims about the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 3 months before the event that led to the claim, or USD 50 if you haven't paid us anything.
- You must bring any claim within one year of the event that led to it.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, such as liability for fraud, or takes away rights you have as a consumer that can't be waived.
16Claims caused by you
If someone makes a claim against us because of content you uploaded or sold, student or parent information you added, or your breach of these terms or the law, you agree to cover our reasonable losses and costs, including legal fees.
17Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka. The courts of Colombo, Sri Lanka will deal with any dispute, unless the law where you live gives you the right to use your local courts.
18Changes to these terms
We may update these terms and will change the date at the top when we do. If a change is significant, we'll tell you before it takes effect. If you keep using 1ClickLesson after that, the new terms apply.
